CPC30211-Certificate III in Carpentry
This program is suitable for domestic students in an on-the-job situation only. The target group will be existing builders and managers working in building and construction firms, who has practical experience but require recognition of their skills and upskilling to Australian Standards, processes and practices, and legislative requirements to gain qualification.
This qualification is designed to meet the needs of builders and managers of small to medium-sized building businesses. This qualification provides a trade outcome in Construction Industry, covering work in small to medium sized construction business. Typically participants for this program will either be highly experienced builders or managers who do not hold their current qualification or trade certificate OR people new to Australia who wish to have their experience formally recognised.

On successful completion of the CPC30211 – Certificate III in Carpentry, Graduates can studyDiploma of building and construction/Diploma of carpentry
Any alternative unit selection will need to be approved by the CEO and will be suitably documented with alternative Training and Assessment Strategy depicting the alternative units. The outcome for this qualification is either the CPC30211 – Certificate III in Carpentry or, should the participant depart the course before it has been completed, a Statement of Attainment for the units in which competency has been demonstrated.
