CPC30111-Certificate III in Bricklaying/Blocklaying
This program is suitable for domestic students in an on-the-job situation. The target group will be existing bricklayer and blocklayer working in building and construction firms, who has practical experience but require recognition of their skills and upskilling to Australian Standards, processes and practices, and legislative requirements to gain qualification.
This qualification is designed to meet the needs of bricklayers and block layers of small to medium-sized building and construction businesses. This qualification provides a trade outcome in Bricklaying and block laying. Typically participants for this program will either be highly experienced bricklayers who do not hold their current qualification or trade certificate OR people new to Australia who wish to have their experience formally recognised.

On successful completion of the CPC30111 – Certificate III in Bricklaying/Blocklaying, Graduates can study Diploma of building and construction.
Any alternative unit selection will need to be approved by the CEO and will be suitably documented with alternative Training and Assessment Strategy depicting the alternative units. The outcome for this qualification is either the CPC30111 – Certificate III in Bricklaying/Blocklaying or, should the participant depart the course before it has been completed, a Statement of Attainment for the units in which competency has been demonstrated.
